Saki Macozoma: acquisition of 20% of Ntsimbintle

OM Holdings (OMH), a company listed on the Australia Stock Exchange, has announced it is to acquire a 20% interest in Ntsimbintle Mining, a company owned by broad-based BEE groups, for approximately R320-million. Read more
