Theresa is a human resources (HR) consultant who has provided HR support to Safika Holdings for the past 10 years.

The services provided by Theresa include payroll and taxation administration, the management of employment equity and the provision of skills development and training. She serves as a member of Safika’s Remuneration Committee.

Theresa holds an Honours degree in Financial Management, with a specialisation in HR and Taxation, and a Diploma in Management from Stellenbosch University.
